                   The New York Times has portrayed the gay rights events surrounding San Francisco California. Harvey Milks election, Gay right bill, assassination, funeral, and legacy have been reported in the New York Times. Every article seemed fair and unbiased. There were times even when Gay guest writers would do a special piece on certain Gay issues. The facts in the articles we read seemed to be accurate and went along with the information we found in the movie Milk. Harvey’s funeral, Dan Whites trial, and the white night riots all made front-page news. Most articles were toward the front with great photos to go along with the piece. In some cases the articles spread out over multiply pages.
